We're looking for a contracted Digital Designer. ![]() Experience working remotely with teams in other locations and time zones.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multi-discipline teams.A deep understanding of the creative development process and ability to consistently deliver excellent design based on a working knowledge of what goes into successful marketing campaigns.Strong communications skills and an ability to present work intelligently and concisely in internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.Ability to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize work assignments.Proven track record of delivering bold, effective campaign concepts across digital mediums: e-commerce and experiential.Must be an expert level in the following applications: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), Sketch, and Microsoft Office.Portfolio must reflect strong technical and design skills.4+ years of design experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience art directing internal and external teams.Provide a link to an online portfolio showcasing relevant work.Stay on top of industry trends, design technology, and new marketing platforms.Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all work and within all brand guidelines.Collaborate across the team with Project Managers, Strategists, copywriters, and the Creative team to meet campaign milestones and deliverables.Present concepts and ideas clearly and compellingly articulate and defend creative direction choices collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partners.Develop digital content that solves business problems and meets marketing objectives with thoughtful campaign tactics and compelling design.Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop concept proposals.Taking direction from Creative leads on the multi-channel creative brief, creating designs across marketing levers for digital channel execution while ensuring a coherent campaign across physical channels.Design shopper-focused digital marketing content that delivers a premium and memorable experience for shoppers and consumers. ![]()
